Homes Within Reach is COLOURS Home Investment Partnerships Program American Rescue Plan (Home-ARP) designed to help individuals and families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or fleeing domestic violence secure safe and permanent housing. Through this initiative, we assist participants in finding both market-rate and subsidized housing options by partnering with local landlords and community-based providers committed to equity and inclusion. Along with financial assistance and housing stabilization services, clients benefit from COLOURS’ in-house programs and workshops that focus on life skills development, wellness, employment readiness, and peer support. This comprehensive approach ensures that every household has the tools, resources, and community connections needed to maintain stable housing and build a healthier, more empowered future.
