In these uncertain times, we wanted to reach out about what COLOURS is doing to support you. As the situation around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, COLOURS wants to ensure your safety and provide maximum flexibility.
First, and most importantly, please know the health and wellbeing of you, your families and our team member is our top priority. In response to the Coronavirus, we have taken measures to develop with our partners more rigorous protocols. We want you to feel confident when you visited our office and we remain diligent in our commitment to providing a safe environment for all who visit us for services. As a result, we’ve taken enhanced measures with our on-site procedures and team member education.
These include:
Review and continue to implement sanitation procedures across our office,
Provide hand sanitizer in our Drop-In Center and upon entering our office,
Establish handshake-free zones.
The Public Health situation is a complex, ever-changing one. As the situation evolves daily, so too may our response, please go to our website to help stay informed on any status changes, which will provide informational serving on any advisories or restrictions. We will do our best to provide any important updates and information as promptly as we can.
While we’re committed to providing you with the information you need to make informed decisions, we also understand the need for services. Starting immediately we are canceling all COLOURS Group Sessions (Youth Drop-In Center; Men of COLOURS United; Bingo Night; Movie Night; KiKi Lounge; Exclusive T, etc.,) until Monday, April 13, 2020. All other services provided by the COLOURS Organization will be by appointments only. Please call 215 832-0100 to schedule an appointment.
